Movement / Mobility is a one-hour class that incorporates natural, functional movements that our bodies were evolutionarily designed for. The class is intended to improve movement skills, joint mobility, strength and conditioning in order to prevent injury and to move and feel better in everyday life, sport or recreational activities.
