Movement / Mobility and Shenanigans is a one-hour class for men that incorporates natural human movements, yoga poses, resistance training and boyish, playful activity (otherwise men wouldn’t show up!). The class is intended to improve movement skills, joint mobility, strength and conditioning in order to prevent injury and to move and feel better in everyday life, sport or recreational activities.
