Functional Strength and Conditioning is a one-hour class that focuses on resistance training using your body weight, and fitness equipment (eg. hand weights, kettlebells, med balls, barbells, etc.) to improve strength, joint mobility and cardio endurance. We also train our cardiovascular system through high intensity interval training (HIIT) utilizing functional movements and fitness equipment mentioned above.

Strength and Conditioning training will lead to better movement skills, less injury and more ease and adaptability in everyday life, sport or recreational activities.
